Refund Policy / Refund Criteria

There are 14 days from delivery to return one or more products.

The application of any refund is excluded in case of use or washing of the Product.

The Customer who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal must communicate it through an explicit declaration, which can be sent through the means indicated in the online instructions.

It is the Customer's responsibility to correctly fill out the form contained in the package with which they received the goods and follow the instructions for the free return indicated on the Site.

ATTENTION! Product returns are FREE ONLY IF SHIPPED WITH GLS COURIER, FOLLOWING THE PROCEDURE EXPLAINED HERE.

The goods must be returned intact, in their original packaging, complete in all parts (including price tag, packing material, and any documentation and accessory equipment) and complete with the attached fiscal documentation.

Without prejudice to the right to verify compliance with the above, Margherita B. will refund the amount of the products subject to withdrawal within a maximum period of 20 days.

The Customer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is strictly necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods. Therefore, if the returned Products are damaged (for example, showing signs of wear, abrasion, scratches, removal of labels, removal of tags, deformations, etc.), incomplete with all their elements and accessories (including intact labels and tags attached to the product), not accompanied by the attached instructions/notes/manuals, original packaging and wrapping, and the warranty certificate, if present, the Customer will be liable for the decrease in the asset value of the goods and will be entitled to a refund equal to the residual value of the Product.

As provided by art. 56 paragraph 3 of Legislative Decree 206/2005, amended by Legislative Decree 21/2014, Margherita B. may suspend the refund until receipt of the goods or until the Customer has demonstrated that they have returned the goods to the seller.

Margherita B. will process the refund using the same payment method chosen by the Customer at the time of purchase. In the case of payment made in cash, and if the Customer intends to exercise their right of withdrawal, they must provide Margherita B., by accessing the contact us section, with the bank details: IBAN, SWIFT, and BIC necessary for the refund.
