All items purchased on the Margherita B. website can be returned free of charge exclusively via GLS Courier.

Product returns must be made no later than 14 days from the date of arrival of the order.

 

 

HOW TO PROCEED

 

1. FILL OUT THE RETURN MANAGEMENT FORM, included in the received package, in all its parts, legibly. Pay particular attention to filling out the top left area with your data. If you no longer have the original return management form, you can download it by clicking here.

 

2. Items must be returned in the same condition as they were received; it is necessary to keep the tag (if present). Pack the goods in a box to ensure safe transport.

ATTENTION! Returned products must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way and must not be dirty. If these conditions are not met, the product in question will be returned to the sender. If the customer receives a non-compliant or dirty item from the start, they must notify the issue before proceeding with the return by writing an email to shop@margheritab.it; if no such communication is made, we will proceed with returning the item to the sender and no refund will be issued.

 

3. LABEL THE PACKAGE by filling out the appropriate label (download now) or copy the label by writing the text on a sheet if you do not have a printer. Attach the sheet to the package.

 

4. PRINT AND FILL OUT THE TRANSPORT DOCUMENT to be given to the courier (download now). If you do not have a printer, you can manually copy the texts onto a sheet.

 

5. Book the return pickup by accessing the GLS courier website via the following link: BOOK A PICKUP.

To book the pickup, you must register an account on the site, if you have not already done so, here are the instructions to follow to register on the GLS site:

- Click REGISTER.

- Choose whether you are a PRIVATE individual or a COMPANY.

- ENTER THE NAME AND SURNAME PRESENT ON THE INTERCOM AND THE CORRESPONDING STREET.

- Enter a VALID EMAIL ADDRESS that will be used to activate your GLS account you are creating.

- Create a USERNAME that you will easily remember.

- Create a PASSWORD: it must contain at least 8 characters, including letters, numbers, and at least one special character (#, ?, &, $ or %).

- Once you receive the email, click the link to confirm the registration.

- After verifying the registration, log in by clicking here

- enter in the area "REGISTERED NON-SUBSCRIBED GLS CUSTOMER" the username and password you just created:

 

 

 

HOW TO MAKE THE PICKUP BOOKING ONCE LOGGED INTO THE GLS SITE:

 

- From the home page, AFTER LOGGING IN, select the item “request a pickup.”

- Fill in the fields and choose the preferred pickup day and time (approximate).

- Choose the option PORTO ASSEGNATO (charged to the recipient) to benefit from free pickup.

- If the booking is successful, you will receive a confirmation email from GLS within 30 minutes.
