Find out how to return your purchases for free at MargheritaB. Before proceeding, make sure that your goods meet all the requirements to be returned by reading the notes on the Returns and Refunds page.

All items purchased on the Margherita B. website can be returned free of charge exclusively via GLS Courier .

The return of the products must be made no later than 14 days from the date of arrival of the order.


1. COMPLETE THE RETURN MANAGEMENT FORM , present in the package received, in all its parts, legibly. Pay particular attention to filling in the area at the top left with your data. If you no longer have the original management module, you can download it by clicking here .

2. The items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, it is necessary to keep the tag (where present). Pack the goods in a box to ensure safe transportation.

ATTENTION! Returned products must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way and must not be soiled. If these conditions are not respected, the product in question will be returned to the sender. In the event that the customer initially receives a non-compliant or dirty item, he or she will be required to notify us of the problem before proceeding with the return by writing an email to ; in the absence of such communication we will proceed with returning the item to the sender and no refund will be made.

3. LABEL THE PACKAGE , filling in the appropriate label ( download now ) or copy the label by writing the text on a sheet of paper, if you do not have a printer. Attach the sheet to the package.

4. PRINT AND COMPLETE THE TRANSPORT DOCUMENT to be delivered to the courier (download now) . If you don't have a printer, you can copy the texts onto a sheet of paper manually.

5. Book the collection of the return by accessing the GLS courier website via the following link: BOOK A COLLECTION .

In order to book the collection, you must register an account on the site, if you have not already done so, here are the instructions to follow to register on the GLS site:

- Click on REGISTER.

- Choose whether you are an INDIVIDUAL or a COMPANY.


- Enter a VALID EMAIL ADDRESS that will be used to activate the GLS account you are creating.

- Create a USERNAME that you will easily remember.

- Create a PASSWORD: it must contain at least 8 characters, including letters, numbers and at least one special character (#, ?, &, $ or %).

- Once you receive the email, click on the link to confirm registration .

- After verifying your registration, log in by clicking here

- insert in the "UNSUBSCRIBED REGISTERED GLS CUSTOMER" area username and password invented a little while ago:


- From the home page, AFTER LOGINNING, select the "request a collection" item.

- Fill in the fields and choose the day and time of collection (approximate) you prefer.

- Choose the CARRIAGE COLLECT option (paid by the recipient) to take advantage of free collection.

- If the booking is successful you will receive a confirmation email from GLS within 30 minutes.
