Refund policies / Refund prerequisites
The timeframe to return one or more products is 14 days from the time of completed delvery.
The Customer who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal must communicate it by means of an explicit declaration, which may be transmitted through the means indicated in the instructions presented here.
It is the Customer's responsibility to correctly fill in the Return form contained in the package in which he/she received the Products and follow the instructions for free returns indicated on the Site.
PLEASE NOTE: Product returns are free ONLY IF CARRIED OUT WITH GLS COURIER AND ACCORDING TO THE PROCEDURE EXPLAINED HERE.
The Products must be returned intact and complete, that they have never been used, worn or damaged in any way, in their original packaging, including all parts (including price label, packaging material and any documentation and accessory equipment) and complete with the attached fiscal document. In case a Product was provided with a security tag, the return of this Product will not be accepted if the original security tag has been removed, tampered with, broken or damaged.
Without prejudice to the right to verify compliance with the above, Margherita B. will refund the amount of the Products subject to withdrawal within a maximum period of 20 days.
The Customer will be held responsible for a reduction in value of the goods if they have been handled in a way that goes beyond what is required in order to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning. Therefore, if the returned Products are damaged (for example with signs of wear, tear, scratches, label removals, pendant/ornament removals, defects, etc.), not complete with all their elements and accessories (including labels and tags which should be unaltered and attached to the product), and not accompanied by the attached instructions / notes / manuals, not in their original packaging and packaging materials and not having the guarantee certificate, if any, the Customer will be liable for the decrease in value of the asset, and will be entitled to a refund of the amount equal to the residual value of the Product.
As required by Art. 56 Paragraph 3 of Regulation N° 206/2005, amended by Regulation N° 21/2014, Margherita B. may suspend the refund until the reception of the Products or until the Customer demonstrates that he/she has returned the Products to the Seller.
Margherita B. will reimburse using the same payment method chosen by the Customer during the purchase. In the case of payment made in cash, and if the Customer intends to exercise his/her right of withdrawal, he/she must provide Margherita B., by accessing the Contact Us section, the bank details: IBAN, SWIFT and BIC necessary for the refund.
